Q. What countries do the crews come from?
A. The manpower wi come from Asia and most of them will come from the Philippines. But depending on availability of people, they can also come from countries like India, Indonesia, or Thailand.
Q. How will I know if the people I'm hiring are skilled or not?
A. Each applicant is prescreened. Only the most qualified applicants are considered for a prelininary interview by a Gold-M representative.
Q. Can I conduct my own interview to qualify the applicants?
A. Absolutely. In fact, we encourage it.
Q. Will I have to deal with foreign governments regarding the hiring of the applicants?
A. No, Gold-M's services take care of everything concerning foreign government requirements of the applicant's origin.
Q. Do the workers speak English?
A. Each applicant that is chosen is required to know how to speak English. Those who do not are not considered.
